“At CASA SAN BERNARDO, most of all, you can meet with your loved ones and share the comfort of a newfound community and discover the magic of the natural world.” says Adrien Rollé, Partner & CEO at Opportunity Financial Services.

Can you present Casa San Bernardo to us in a few words?

CASA SAN BERNARDO (CSB) is a traditional 300 m² mountain house on 4 levels - 11 rooms - 6 bedrooms - 18 persons, which was demolished / rebuilt in 2021/2022, in the architectural style of the historical buildings of Haute Tarentaise (France) and Aosta Valley (Italy): stone base, elevation with coloured facades (yellow plaster for CSB), large balconies serving as a hay and wood loft, sheltered by a protective roof covered with slate. On the site of the old village doctor's house, CASA SAN BERNARDO offers modern hospitality with 5-star comfort: guests share a very large private space, perfect for large family reunions, groups of friends, professional or sports teams. The interior of the house is enhanced with harmonious combinations of materials, products and technologies: old wood covers the walls and storage space, the masterful beams of the roof shelter the all-wool comfort of the sofas and couches in the living room facing the fireplace, the bathrooms combine stone slabs and spa tiles, thick bedding envelops you at night as the lighting dims, the TV is connected to your iPhone, the music of your collection is played in the aquatic area, when you go from the heat of the sauna and hammam to the coolness of the snow fountain...  CASA SAN BERNARDO offers hotel service on arrival and during your stay. On request, catering service or chef at home.

“CASA SAN BERNARDO is not just a ski resort chalet, but a house – refuge, for ARC ALPIN… and for you.”

Why did you choose Les Brévières in Tignes?

The village of BREVIERES, at an altitude of 1550 metres, on the quiet banks of the ISERE river, is the historical ‘base camp’ of the TIGNES - VAL d'ISERE ski area. From CASA SAN BERNARDO, you can approach the routes of the great alpine ‘ski runs’: departure for the Glacier de la Grande Motte in TIGNES (3653 metres of altitude), that is to say more than 2,000 meters of vertical drop on the descent, practicable from the beginning of December until May 1st.

Departure for the great crossing on skis TIGNES – VAL d’ISERE, up to the Col de l’Iseran, to then reach the territory of BONNEVAL sur ARC, the PISSAILLAS glacier, perched in a virgin natural location.

CASA SAN BERNARDO is at the foot of ESPACE KILLY... a ski area where the ALPES form an arc and where alpine skiing is experienced as a journey. Once the winter has passed, LES BREVIERES offers another base camp: an ALPS crossing called ‘VIA ALPINA’. On foot, by car or by bike, there are many ways to escape to the south face of the Mont Blanc massif (Courmayeur), to the PRE SAINT DIDIER hot springs (Val d'Aoste), to the glaciers of the Isere springs, the Arc springs, the Evettes and Rhème-Golette. CASA SAN BERNARDO, is home to the Great St. Bernard Pass and the Little St. Bernard Pass: it is a place to stay for crossing and discovering the ALPS.

What type of stay should be expected in winter and summer?

At CASA SAN BERNARDO, most of all, you can meet with your loved ones and share the comfort of a newfound community and discover the magic of the natural world. In winter, access to snow areas predominates. In summer, access to natural areas, sports and thermal areas takes over. Whether you are independent or wish to benefit from supervision, the management team can offer you, on request, the solutions and qualified instructors to meet your expectations. Ski instructors for young and old, mountain guides, hiking and biking instructors... ROAD BOOK of discovery routes between France and Italy. CASA SAN BERNARDO is not just a ski resort chalet, but a house – refuge, for ARC ALPIN… and for you.
