On 23 of May 2019, the second edition of Solirunbike will take place in Luxembourg-Kockelscheuer. Solirunbike is a Run & Bike event organized by HSL - Handicap Solidarity Luxembourg asbl. The race, open to athletes with or without a disability, will be followed by an entertaining evening with food, drinks, music and guaranteed fun. The proceeds of this very special day will help the Foundation “l’Hymne aux Enfants” progressing with their incredible work in Burkina Faso. ​​                            

Companies and individuals gather to play sports and socialize, thus creating team spirit and solidarity between athletes and beginners. The event targets everyone, whether a true athlete or a novice, with or without a disability... Solirunbike is all that and much more. 

Sport, socializing, emotions and lots of fun for all 

Each team of two people will go for a 10 km race (two 5km loops), alternating between mountain biking and running. The circuit through the woods and around the lake is accessible to everyone, including team members with a physical handicap. 

By joining the event as a ‘Solirunbiker’, the organizers encourage you and will give you the opportunity to team up with people you may or may not know, creating a true team spirit but most of all offering you unforgettable moments of emotions and fun. 

The race will start at 7 p.m. and will last up to 2 hours, depending on the number of participants. Thereafter, we guarantee a super atmosphere with music, awards, food, drinks and entertainment.
